It has been Oct since my last blog and what better day to start than after the super bowl. What better topic to start off with then SEX. Especially after the half-time show with Madonna (53, body of a 25 yr old), Nikki Minaj and M.I.A, all sexy women.

 

Enough about that back to the topic at hand, SEX! This post will be a guide of sort, as a way to enjoy sex without all the mishaps that happen, before, during and after. Well not after for us MEN, because by then we are either sleep, thinking about round 2 or out the door. Sorry ladies!!! As stated this is a guide to enjoying sex hands down.
